Online shopping and payment options, cash on delivery with very few product why they cant offer COD with each and every products?

Dear they do actually..... There are lots of online shopping websites actually which specially mention this feature on their website 'cash on delivery' . Even last night ordered some stuff from babeezworld.com with the feature of cash on delivery.
