Hi! You will be hospital bound if you lose 10 kilos in a week! Its not even advisable to lose this amount in a month. Go about weight loss gradually with regular exercise and a well balanced, low fat diet.

Hope you are not more than 70 kg . if you reduces 10 kg /week in two months you wont be exixting . so , work out properly and then plan .
