Take protien shakes in the breakfast with some fruits only.After 2 hours take some salad,then lunch.In the evening take some almond or akhrot or some roasted peanut or chana,.In the dinner again take protien shake.Do some exersice and see the result after 40 days

Never take full meal on any accasion. Take meal less than hunger ; just the half as the dieticians prescribe, but four times a day instead of two;
Don't sleep immediately after meals. Don't drink much water after meals.
cut sweets and oils completely.
