I lost 15 kgs in 3 months with this diet: warm water with lime early morning. Then in breakfast simple biscuits with a tea. In lunch 2 rotis with subji cooked in less oil along with curd and salad. Again in evening a fruit like papaya or apple and at night only salad and fruits. I have rice only once a week. Avoid junk food especially chines food.

Dividing our meals in numers and quantity...... frequency may be increased for quantity must be less than half each time.
