Though the matter is not sub judice yet, I dare to answer this question from the readings of many articles by experts in the matter. I personally feel Ashaji, the whole Satyam fraud is just the tip of the iceberg. In a corrupt system the more one dwell into corpm artirate mis- Governance more of Satyam kinds will pop-up. Before one can forget Enron, Worlcom, Daewoo.. Satyam has done, which scared one and all. Imagine what will happen if Reliance is investigated???
Raju shud get capital punishment, if not at least life imprisonment. if he is let off with meager punishment , others like Raju will get the motivation to do the same or bigger fraud. Raju shud get atleast RigorousImprisonment where he in jail in his striped half-pant (chaddi) be made to work in sun in breaking the stones and that earns him Rs 50 a day . This will for sure teach him a great lesson which he missed studying in his Harvard University .

SEBI shud wake up now and investigate all the Software, Reality, Pharma c ...more

Rememebr he has confessed that himself. Confession is really great and one has accept it. He has to be realeased. He is a genius man!...he has got the brains. Make him use it in proper way now onwards. he anyways will realise that. One has to understand that he has been cheating all the departments for 10 years. What are the people in these departments doing soo long?. dont they have the brains?. who is brainy now?..answer is simple..it is none other than Raju.
