Height is influenced by multiple factors
Height of any person is influenced by many factors, like genetic history (how tall are your parents), good nutrition (does your daily diet include foods that are important for bone growth and bone density), onset and end of puberty (most people reach their final height by the time they are 19 years).

Puberty starts at different ages for boys and girls
Puberty starts at different ages for different kids but in general for girls it is between ages 8 and 13 and for boys it is between 9 and 14 in boys. Both boys and girls will go through a growth spurt and grow to their adult height during their puberty and some boys may grow taller even into their early 20s.

Increase in height after 19 years maybe unlikely
For most individual after 19 years growth epiphyses (the areas of the bones in your arms and legs that grow) have closed and the bone cannot get any longer and once that happens you cannot become taller.

Hi! Hieght is genetically predetremined and theres nothing you can do to increase it. Exercising will help to improve your posture making you appear a little taller. To knock off the excess fat, walk, cycle, swim or do aerobics 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes at a brisk, non stop pace. Cut down your fat intake. Have 5-6 small meals in the day instead of 2-3 heavy ones and eat a light meal 3 hrs before bedtime.

Though height is dependent on genetic factor,yet one can increase his/her height by proper sretching excercise.proper nutritional diet can improve your bone density---Take balanced diet With some exercises(Brisk Walking)for 30 minutes.

One can increase height with proper exercise such as pull ups .

With a proper diet weight can be reduced.
