I do yoga exercises regularly every morning. I do kapalbhati, anuloma-viloma, yogamudra & namanmudra, vakrasana, tadasana, chakrasana, paschimottanasana, halasana, sarvangasana, shalabhasana, bhujangasana and sheershasana. It helps me in keeping fit.

I pray according to my faith,and its postures "equall yoga"!.....that means "yoga 5 times a day"...."in silent meditation "
