For proper homoglobin/good red blodd cells one needs Iron and to digest Iron one needs antioxidants like Vitamin C and Vitamin E. For good vegetarian diet one needs fruits and vegetables grown organically in the farms as these organic fruits and vegetables are grown without usage of pesticides of any kind. If you want more details or you/your known want to increase the homoglobin then contact at 09811122152.Smoking/alcohol/junk food/stress/negative thoughts etc are the barriers in having good homoglobin.

To increase haemoglobin in the human body, make sure you increase intake of iron in your diet. Consume a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables containing iron. Leafy vegetables like spinach contain a high amount of iron. Included Beetroots, dried apricots, figs in your meals. Doctors recommend folic acid supplements and Chery's syrup for increasing blood count. Regular exercise like an hour of jog or a brisk walk for 45 minutes everyday can burn calories and get you in shape. Stomach crunches are another good way to tone down stomach fat. Treat yourself to a game of badminton, squash or a play requiring rigorous movements which will aid in losing excess fat.

To increase haemoglobin or production of blood in your body the intake of iron products should increase.foods rich in iron include beans, lentils, iron-fortified cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Folate, and its synthetic form, folic acid, can be found in citrus juices and fruits, dark green leafy vegetables, legumes and fortified breakfast cereals.Exercise increases the blood volume by increasing the release of erythropoietic and production of more red blood cells.Exposure to cold reduces the blood volume and exposure to warm environment increases the blood volume. The blood volume is directly proportional to the weight and body surface area of a person.
