It does not seem healthy to hide the anger but trying to control it is good...practicing to smile in front of the mirror or keeping one's silence while angry keeps the temper low

Very difficult to practice. But, if you regularly keep doing Pranayam in the mornings, you can to a large extent overcome anger and be calm and peaceful.

Hiding or controlling anger makes you suffer more but finding 'someone' as an outlet is still dangerous. Anger-spilling people kill themselves first and kill even any kind of rlationship next...!

Stop taking things personally....n leave it to the person...or time...that made uangry....i juat tell my self...this will also go...as its not permanent
