Eat hig fibre food.. diet should be follwd well..
Have green tea morning
have a fibr break fast like Upit,Oats dosa, mix grain dosa
don forget to eat fruits daily u will notice change
lunch a chapati wit salds and ver little rice
have oats bisc for snaks and green t adain
Dinner have jowar roti with vegtables
Drink 6 litres of water with out fail
More on all excersic on core is must must....

There are lot of ways as U know better. But the easiest way to get rid of it to take 2/3 glasses of warm water before going to bed at night. Thanks.

Eat about 150 gms of papita every day on empty stomach and dont eat anything for at least one hours

Dietary fiber can be taken mixed in water or in the form of pills.
