have a fibr break fast like Upit,Oats dosa, mix grain dosa
don forget to eat fruits daily u will notice change
lunch a chapati wit salds and ver little rice
have oats bisc for snaks and green t adain
Dinner have jowar roti with vegtables
Drink 6 litres of water with out fail
