As per your question, there isnt any 1 year regular MBA programme but you can opt for Executive MBA with such an experience. Moreover, with an working profile this would be perfectly managed by you. In regard to executive MBA you can go for institutes like Hughes which along with offering classes provide onsite learning through video conferencing. For more details on fee structure and all you can check the link http://www.hugheseducation.com/

With 4 years of work exp, ISB Hyderabad is a good option. It has one year MBA program and is rated as one of the best in Asia. Also, executive MBA programs at XLRI and IIMs or XIMB are very good and have reputation across the country.

You want a one year regular programme? I know about two year regular courses, yes... not one year ones. I dont think courses can be tailormade as per your choice.
