Everyone wants to improve their skin tone. Everyone wants soft, supple, rejuvenated skin.
Here are eight natural tips for soft, smooth, glowing skin.

1. Drink plenty of water.
Doctors preach it, dermatologists preach it, because its true and it is one of the best things you can do for your skin. Observe a plant before and after watering, and relate those changes to your skin. You must drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. If you cant stand the blandness of water, try making unsweetened herbal tea instead and if you must sweeten it, use honey. Honey is rich in vitamins, antioxidants and helps promote restful sleep.

2. Eat a balanced and varied diet.
Make sure your diet is rich in antioxidants, which reduce cancer causing free radicals. Try to eat foods that contain essential fatty acids such as salmon, mackerel and herring. If you are a vegetarian many health food stores supply vegan sourced Omega 3-6-9 supplements, or you can purchase them online. Vitamin B complex is also bene ...more

You can have glowing skin in three easy steps: Just cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize. None of these things require you to spend hundreds on skin creams endorsed by Hollywood stars, either---a bonus if you can't afford the $130-per-oz. price tag for Crme de la Mer. Glowing skin comes from patience, persistence and the willingness to adapt your regimen to what's best for your skin, not what's fastest or most fashionable.

Vitamins and foods for healthy skin- Make sure you are getting plenty of vitamin A and C. Vitamin A keeps skin healthy, soft, and reduces oil production. Foods that are high in vitamin A includes sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, carrots, milk, eggs, and apricots. Vitamin C is crucial for making collagen, your skin's support structure, and so it may reduce wrinkles. For vitamin C, you can eat oranges, kiwi, apples, grapefruit, strawberries, whole grain cereals, and red peppers. Other important foods for a healthy skin diet are nuts and salmon, which are high in Omega-3 fats, helping your body absorb vitamins and lessening any skin inflammations, along with dark chocolate, green tea, grapes, and cranberries to give your skin an extra radiance. To get youthful skin, eat selenium, found in turkey, Brazil nuts, and whole grains. Also, tomatoes are the best source for the anti-aging lycopene. For more firm skin, get your ellagic acid from raspberries, strawberries, pomegranates, and pecans. Eatin ...more
