Be friends,follow and understand their choice,like /dislike .etc. one does not have to learn practically /from them ,mere watching them doing what they do and copying them will make one learn a lot. EKLAVYA learnt just observing DRONA and other archers , he was better than most of them ,that is why he could close the mouth of barking dog with spears
