Seriously it is difficult to forget the past but learning day by day to forget what happened and carry on with life trying to live at present will surely pave a way to a bright future

By living from moment to moment. Don't regret the past, but learn from it. But in learning, don't dwell upon it. If you work in the present and tackle issues as they come, you will also tackle the "future" when it becomes the "present". Thus the future will take care of itself with only a little work from your side.

I don't know how to say this in comprehensible words. But though it seems difficult, as you "live" life in the present, it becomes a part of your system. I speak from experience my dearest Kamini. God bless you. Lots of love to you.

I think no one can ever forget the past and for that matter never should as it may be hurting it may be not so pleasing but it will surely make you feel much relieved when one gets good things in their life.....as it is for sure that good things cm to good ppl sooner or latter so just have faith in urslef and the almighty.........things will be better for sure....and trust me when u get those happy moments the remembrance of those not so happy past...will enhance the happiness and finaly one can say....yes i m happy nw....:-)

You can't erase your mind completely of the past, unless you're knocked out and lose memory of some sort. It'll always be there, even in the back of your mind. You can try your best to fade the images and scars away though, do stuff you enjoy. Move on. But sadly, it'll always be there.
