I think it would be a good buy at current price levels. The company is expected to report 150 to 160 Cr of profit for the Fin Yr ending Mar 2008; this brings the PE to just about 10.
The company is growing and the nutrela brand is very strong in the soy market. Moreover, it is about to launch a soy based health drink which, if it becomes popular, will open up a new market for the company. But since soy-based drinks haven't succeeded in India earlier, it's a real challenge.
The company is poised for a steady gowth in an increasingly health conscious and growing middle class market. Do not expect the price to double in a year, it will give you good steady results in the long term (3 - 5 years).
