They should be told how they can help in saving lives of others if they donate blood and that there is no harm for the blood donors of any kind when they donate their blood to blood banks or to any person in need of their blood.
Donating blood is a noble cause - people need to be educated on this.

By educating people and telling about the problems people face when in need and most people die because they did not get blood at the proper time. For this purpose pamphlets, pictures, newspaper, local t.v. channel, and by organising small camps in different localities might bring encouraging results.
