If you are young you can have good food but should do exercise daily. But if you are person who is just used to office or work try to reduce food intake and ensure that you do some walking daily.

Well its a saying that "HEALTH IS WEALTH"...to maintain ur health is not at all a tough task if u are willing to do so..it requires a lot of initiative and willingness to do it...
1.try avoiding junk food
2.have nutrituous food
3.have food that satisfies your hunger and not increases your hunger
4.dont overeat
5.have food in regular intervals
6.donot skip meals
7.exercise regularly
8.breathing exercise like KAPALBHARTI PRANAYAM and ALOM VILOM PRANAYAM might help a lot

Intake of good food & exercise is no doubt necessary for a good body but it is equally to have a good mind & good thoughts or it wood be like having a mangoe looking good from outside but rotten from inside.

Good food, Good exercise. You must sweat out so that whatever you eat is consumed nicely. If sedentary job, must work out seating on chair itself. There are many exercises, which you can do with the help of chair. Cut down your intake of sugar. In China people the movement get up start jumping and do not laze out. You may follow China style.

Whatever be the age_ golden rule for eating is Never et to your full stomach Leave at lest a quarter stomach empty .Drink plenty of water. I am in my seventies yet still I never had an upset stomach or indigestion.(except of course of food poisoning0
