Be confident in knowing that you can make worthwhile contributions to conversation. Take time each day to be aware of your opinions and feelings so you can adequately convey them to others. Individuals who are hesitant to speak because they do not feel their input would be worthwhile need not fear. What is important or worthwhile to one person may not be to another and may be more so to someone else.

Learn to listen
Improve your vocabulary. Avoid jingoism, expletives, etc
Learn to read body language. Also understand that for different cultures the same gesture could have different meanings.

Just be your self,,,communicare with confidence what ever is really in your mind,,,,dont try to be ornamental while speaking./communicating...dont bother about how you are saying, to whom you are saying and where you are saying stay focused only on what you are saying and why you are saying.
