Any such course is not known of... you can pursue a diploma in civil engineering to have a better know-how of real estate and then join a group or start your own group. The diploma can help accrue a contractor\'s license too which might prove helpful.

The real estate really means a business without much investment. There are agrl lands without cultivation and other such lands, measuring few acres,First you have to find out such lands and meet the land owner. Have discussion with him and fix price for that land per acre. Execute an agreement paying meager amount as advance and promise to pay the balance within a year or so. Get the land surveyed and prepare a layout plan and get the plan approved. Once the layout is approved notify the availability of house site for sale duly fixing the rate per cent of land. Get the advance amount from the interested persons, execute the agreement and with these advance settle the balance amount due to the agrl.land owner and get the land registered in your name. Now you can sell the land as house sites and there will certainly be huge profit. Do you need a diploma course for this ?
