You need to start thinking about what you would be leaving behind and what a truly great life you actually have. Don't avoid mirrors, it's not doing anything for you. Everyone has good characteristics and things they love about themselves, think about them.
Talked to your loved ones about what's going on, because I know that it really helps hearing it from someone you love.

You must consult a doctor(Phyciarist) and will take medicine and will not stop it untill doctor recomends . You will be remain fine and get strength in mind.
