How to check the purity of the milk at home??????

Put a drop of milk on the table tilt it
if it leaves the mark behind then it contains pure milk
if no marks r found
then it contains more water than milk in it
and
its all due to surface tension
and u must b knowing this provided u r a science student

Just boil the milk and after getting it cooled make curds .the taste of curd and viscosity will tell jhe truth.
