Section Engineer. On 01.01.2006 your basic pay was Rs. 7300. After upgradation to the post of Senior Section Engineer? Really they have fooled us [Technical staff who work day and night yes all 7 days of the week without any mental rest, we have been decieved by using the term upgradation. UP GRADATION literally means graded up but here practically it has not been implemented. these non technical staff who have been recruited for looking after our records and maintaining payments/salary slips are these people really required in Rlys? Please throw them out if Rly are privatised which must be done immediately so many of these Non Technical persons can be thrown out easily. God knows why these people are being placed beside Technical Engineers when salaries are concerned and why these people are not being worked 6 days a week ?
