An " Expert" is one who has very good knowledge in the respective category he is awarded the title for.
In order to be an expert here, you need to answer any 20 Questions from the respective fields and contact the moderator / Rediff Administrator, If they find you really expert in answering, they will appoint you Expert here in the expert category with some rules and guidelines.

You must have your original name , original profile and picture and must possess an expertise in some field , but rediff nowadays has stopped giving expert tag to users. what is given is given
