FITNESS...........! Hi, Do you do anything regularly to keep yourself fit and healthy. How much time you spend for walk , workout ,yoga, swim , exercise, etc daily. Do you do it at home or go to any particular place, park, gym etc for it. Do you follow any particular diet or is careful with your regular meals and eating habbits ? Other than your profession, job and Qnaing are you involved in any other activities as part of your interest ?
I do Pranayaam for 15/20 minutes...little bit warm up exercise at home..for 15/20 minutes.....I do my Vocal Riyaz for atleatst for an hour !!!...No Particular Diet...but I like my Home Food normally.....I avoide to drink water outside....if needed only Minaral Water !! I do perform on orchestras and i do arrange shows tooo (not big way....).......!!: ))
