Being healthy always is everyones dream. That includes both you and us.
In the twenty first century, especially for a person of your socio-economic standing, being healthy is not merely being free from illness or disease. It is more of a state of wellness in body, mind and spirit.
As you can appreciate, being healthy always is not a one-off thing or destination to simply arrive at. It is in fact a journey that depends on mutual collaboration with everyone around you, including your healthcare provider.
