How the distances were measured between places or cities, initially? Do you know? Also tell me how names of places, cities, persons, fruits, vegetables, body parts were invented, who first started using this first.

At that time Mile Stone Huge Pillers were estabished, to fix distances. That can be seen at some places even today.....ji. Regard with City name, mostly were decession of that time society. Regard with others I have also to ask U ji.
