Q.

If God be formless and everywhere, then how one can worship such a God, because He is even in our own being as well. Shall one split oneself in two parts, one the worshipper, other the worshipped ? Isn't that absurd ?

You are right in saying that God is in our own being. This is the right way to worship Him. However this is not possible right away just as we cannot reach post graduate level without starting from primary school first. So in the beginning we must worship Him according to the procedures laid down by whichever religion we have accepted. This path gradually leads us to our destination provided we are sincere in our love and humilty for Him as well as for our fellow beings. He reveals himself to us from within and proof is no longer required. There is no need to split one self, once the realisation dawns that self is not different from the universal Self

Good question .Just like we create table chair etc etc by our intelligence God creates us all .After having created a chair or a table we do not become a part of chair or table neither we reside inside the chair table .similarly god creates us but he is not inside his creations though he knows our hearts by his intelligence and complete knowledge of everything .
God is not a part of human being since god is creator and human beings just created . Thieri attributes and qualities are different .god does not need us for anything but we need god for everything . Hence we worship god .
god has no image . as soon as we make some image in our mind of god then that is not god for simple reason there is nothing in physical world like god . god bless

God is Nirakar and Nirgud, But worship is always Sakar and Sagud no matter what religion we follow. Because mind always thinks about and creates form, it cannot think of formless.

But remember when God is attained our self merges and becomes one with Nirakar Nirgud God , worship ends here.

So Nirakar is Sthiti (Attainment) but worship is always Sakar (with form).

We see our father. we also see a dog. We worship our father but we do not worship dog. This goes on without remembering that both have God within them. Once there is always remeberence that both have God, one's behaviour will change. If you start worshipping a dog, one will be declared a fool. This is the practical difficulty which drags one away from the reality of existence of god. Similarly it is not possible to worship self even though our body contains God. The absurdity is created due to compulsion forced by the people around us.

We dont know about God. All we do are surmising Him.We worship Him for our mental support and to ease our emotions and deeds. So if you pray hIm let it be , otherwise again let it be. Discussing Him is useless and unnecessary.

"All things are emanated from God or a part of God and should emerge in Him" so even you are a part of God. Read more and try to understand things in its proper way.

Y do you have to split oneself in two parts only?

We human being are multi-facet,in every role we act.... as a mother, wife, sis, bhabhi, friend .....so on and so forth........and in these roles we are not the same . For example if u have two-three bros and sis, you dont vibe with them equally.

Its the feel of insecurity and fear which prompts human being to worship god outside, completely ignoring the fact that God himself never escaped adversities.

Ram had to undergo the misery of going thru Vanvas inspite of being a prince and has to go thru the pain and agony of living without sita and other traumas....

Jesus was crucified.......wat a painful death.

and none of the god said, why only me...... its the message of endurance they conveyed which most human being chooose to skip or ignore.

Vinay, Could this name Hussein be a Christian ? No. This is what man thought. ome bloggers here who have answered your question thought that Barrak Hussein Obama is a muslim and will take the oath of the president by placing his hand on the Quran. small minds isn't it. But the tables turned when Obama took oath over the bible. So Hussain cam be a Christian and God is God. God is who he is. Gods ways are not our ways. Mans ways are not Gods ways. Mans thoughts are not Gods thoughts, Gods thoughts are not Mans thoughts. We are not chairs and tables. Man is the highest form of creation of God with mind, body and soul which belongs to God and not to the Devil.

Vinay, all religions speak that mans soul is destined to go back to god. Man has a mind, soul and body. God has not given animals a mind like that of ours. Chair, Table, Clothing are not created by God, they are invented by man and they do not have a mind, soul and body like our. We cannot compare a chair to a man. This is very poor thinking and little minds think little. Mind is given by God to Man. God is Spirit. God has breathed life into us and this life belongs to God, our soul does not belong to the Devil, the Devil has not created Man, so we are of God. Man is destined to go back to God. Every human being belongs to God. Yes, we are instrument of God to do Good and every human being is responsible for every other human being to see that we be good and every human being must lead one another to God and not to the Devil. Yes, God made us and he uses us. Just like he made us he made also prophets, prophets who are given special role to lead man to god. Bu ...more
