How should you behave with someone who raises his voice without thought on whatever you say, and fails to see reason?

Understand very clearly that you cannot overcome this kind of person, who is cynic for a reason. In his mind, you are the source of all wrongdoing and nothing you can say is going to make him consider your side of the story. Your opinion is of no consequence, because you are already guilty, no matter what from his point of view. Chances are, the more often he blames you, the more he himself is actually at fault. Better you live as an example of tolerance, patience, humility and even some kindness. Staying calm in the heat of the moment is paramount to your personal preservation. It can help to realize that the side of a conversation that contains the most truth, which always wins out at the end....!
