Ms Jeyalalitha has already shown with great success how to evade the law and her actions are dictionary for such politicians.. After the hospitals he will ask for the change of Judges on some pretext which will drag the case for some months, then he can wait for some favorable judge to be appointed and proceeded to get an acquittal and since his deputy is in chair he may make arrangements for the vanish of some files and searching them the court will be adjourned several times and after dragging for 4 or 5 years and after the people forgot the case he will walk free with a verdict of "Not Quilty".

May not be for long. With power equation diminishing, it will be highly unlikely that he can avoid the cell for long.
