Why do you feel like suppressing the anger, which is in fact a good attitude and quality...? Anger is jusy like an explosive, once ignited or detonated, it destroys everything before you. Just because of unfounded and hapless anger most important relationships are irreparably lost...Needless to say, if any other person adds fuel to it or prevails upon you to act differently, you are the loser again. Nourish your anger with patience and silence, which is more eloquent than words...Just remember many a rose wither away without proper nourishment...!
