Now a days they are big girls and boys when they are married. Hopefully they are normal, physically/ mentally. Don't feign ignorance. Allow each other to pass the phase of embarrassment -- engage in conversation, tell him how satisfied you are, how your friends and cousins praised the groom, etc. Thereafter every thing will follow naturally.
These are my views basing on my personal experience/ observation.
