Environmental norms hv the guidelines for allowable noise for various zones during day and night times, and the details r available in CPCB and MoEF websites. If the noise level at the boundary premises exceeds these levels, u can complain to PCB and they will issue a notice to showcause licensee about violation. If itz not rectified in notified period they can seal the premises till itz rectified and demonstrated to the satisfaction of norms.
