Boris Becker, In 1985. He was also the first unseeded player and the first German to win the Gentlemen's Singles.

Mens Singles: Boris Becker of Germany who won Wimbledon at the Age of 17 years, 227 days back in 1985.
In Ladies Singles Martina Hingis of Switzerland who won Wimbledon 1997 at the age of 16 yrs 9 months.
Ladies Doubles Martina Hingis of Switzerland who won it in 1996 at the age of 15 years 282 days. This also makes her the youngest ever winner of wimbledon (men or ladies).
