The problem is that rampant corruption is there in india.
and in other countries too.
the pm is well aware of it, and knows where a %age of it goes.
the conduits of allowing it to go, where it has to go, becomes the centre of power in the system.
this centre of power in the system, is recognized by the functionaries and paid the facilitation fee.
we call this bribe.
now this money does wonders in facilitating business activity, trade and commerce.
people look the other way while this goes.
so did our pm.
An EGOM will facilitate to cover up the fee paid if they in turn get the facilitation fee. ...more
