Zaheer - Fast bowler - Age thirty-five',

Zaheer has past his best and will probably retire after thirty-six or thirty-seven.
Putting money on Zaheer will not be a long term solution of the problem. Okay, For a minute, let's assume that he is in form and bowling great at the moment, but what after if he retires one or two years later? If at the end, you will have to go to an alternate, then why shouldn't you start your search today?

Ishant Sharma is a different player in Tests, and have enough time to learn. He is a learner. Even Zaheer was an ineffective bowler till twenty-nine years of age.
