Suppose a person is in goverment contract
with a goverment firm like mumbai port trust
and contract says that salary will be given as par with the regular employees of same designation.what to do if the govt employer eg.mumbai port doesnt give the money as dictated in terms and conditions even after subsequent requests to them.
You can also approach the greiveances Officer generally posted by all government firms.
You should give your complaint in writing and take proper acknowledgement .
If your complaint is genuine then the greiveances officer will definitely do something , otherwise there is a chance that he can loose his job ! A risk that he shall not take !
