Camel safari in Rajasthan was born for experience a rural desert life and nature(flora and fauna). as travelers one should know few things before going on a desert safari is: Thar desert(known as great Indian desert)is not like Sahara at all, its a densly populated desert starts north from Panjab state and goes all the way to south until run of kauch in Gujrat. there are some towns and cites including big one Bikaner,Phalodi,Pokran,Jaisalmer,Barmer and hundreds of small small hamlets and villages.

there are plenty of trees,bushes and its very green and well cultivated during mansoon time(july to Oct.)

so please do expect sahara dune seas. off course there are dunes and sand,rocky areas and plain land.

yes there are no natural oasis but you can find some men made water holes(well) and water ponds(mansoon rains full) during rainy time and few months more.
