I dont use tread mill to walk. Natural walk in the park is the best.

I walk in the house only for 45 minutes daily.no pollution no khatra of vehicles

Out in open in natural sarroundings is far better for walking,
than just exercising the legs on the treadmill.

I think Walking , Jogging under the sky in natural atmosphere is better than Trade Mill. It is a fad , U know !!

Lady Mahalaxmi it's Treadmil you meant weaving mill slightly.

just joking if you got money to buy treadmill also buy a good running shoes from branded store.
also check your calcium level of your bones / especially joints.

for that you consult a doctor for your joints or calcium status and verify walking or running is suitable to on Treadmill ?

if everything perfect to run or walk every morning 45 minutes.

yes you will get good results. if you plump you will be turn as slender or lean........so sorry for not to use word of SEXY
