1 Bigha Pakki = 3025 Sq.Yd. or 1 Bigha = 4 square km
However it is not standardized. In Bengal the British fixed i bigha = 1600 square yards.
In central India bighas were standardized at 3025 square yards.
So in other words utter confusion.
