The important rivers in India are Ganga, Indus, Bhahmaputra, Narmada, Tapti , Godavari, Krishna, Kaveri, Mahanadi, Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, Beas, Sutlej, Bharathapuzha, Periyar & Pumba.
