700 Rs per sq. feet at Naigaon a station after Bhayander where there is no drinking water in the taps. Rs 70000/- per sq. feet at south Mumbai's posh areas.

Different areas have different price per sq. feet. Say Cuffe Parade area's price is different than Napean Sea Road price.
