How many of you welcome the idea of putting up a nuclear power project in your neighborhood ?

If proper and adequate safety measures are in place, I will welcome it. After Japan's disaster, it has made even Germany plan to shut down all its plants. Simple things like radiation effect from cellophone towers are not being attended to in India , I doubt if India is capable of ensuring zero level radiation leaks. I will not welcome such a move.

We have accepted the test firing range at Chandipur....If ever a nuclear power plant will be going to be established somewhere near in the neighbourhood we are but to accept it....but if there will be any accident we are the 1st to put up with the radiation effect.....

We have Kalpakkam unit at our neighborhood.
We want to function safe . For the welfare of the people we do welcome it.
