Me dont watch too many Bollywood movies. But then for what Ive watched I find Konkana Sen to be a great wholseome talented package. As for the guys well most of em can fight baddies at night and woo gals around uni campuses during the day and occasionally be the ANGRY YOUNG MAN. So there aint any exception amongst Bollywood guys that I can hold up in standards anywhere in India or across the globe.
BTW if ya step outside Bollywood in regional Indian films ya will find one too many good ones some even better than Bollywood.

Hrithik Roshan-Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan, in my view, qualify with all ingredients you mentioned to match the global standards. I am not exactly a fan of qualified opinions, but a critic especially with my own opinion on movies. However, to bring my contention home let me elaborate further. Jodhaa Akbar also works because of the right casting. Its difficult to imagine anyone else in the role of Emperor Akbar. Hrithik seems born to play this role and he enacts it with such precision, such flourish, such confidence that it leaves you asking for more. A mind-boggling performance without doubt...Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is superb. Oh yes, she looks ethereal, a compliment she has heard a trillion times before. Whats new in that...? But watch her emote in this film. You realise the amazing talent that has hitherto not been tapped by any movie maker. A flawless performance indeed...One of the prime reasons why Jodhaa Akbar works is because the present-day viewer is unaware of the romance between A ...more

In my opinion, they should be Hrithik and Kareena Kapoor/Prinka Chopra...kareena has nothing to prove , but if given opportunities and are encashed properly by priyanka, she cud be much more a better actor than what she is in viewers books like Rekha proving herself in her later years before she almost left the screen....

Shintz, to be sincere and honest to the ingredients of "complete package " mentioned by you I would nominate Ranbeer Kapoor and Genelia. If my choice reads very strange, then please go through your parameters once again :
1) New Age : I percieve should be young and less than 5 years old in
the industry. Aamir, salman, and even Krithik do not qualify.
2) Performance : First five films, all with different kind of roles and
appreciation for all roles. Which other actor had such track record
right in the beginning of the career.
3) Good looks : All the competitors may be at par here, but they are not
as young.
4) Dancing abilities : only krithik stands good in competition, even here
Ranbeer definitely has freshness. ...more

Performance, good looks, dancing abilities and screen presence....I think Hrithik foots the bill very well. I see no other New Age Hero coming anywhere near him. Aamir is a great human being and very fine actor, has produced very good films like T.Z.P. and Lagaan....but you have asked for something else. And for Heroin I will vote for Madhuri Dixit... ahead of Ash. Ash is more of beauty than a complete package.

Among the heroines it is Madhuri Dixit my all time favourite if she can still be called new age. She is a stunning actress with her powerhouse performances which made her rise even above the most mundane of stories and her performances were applauded by her both fans and critics. Her beauty and her smile are unforgettable, she dances like a dream and she has a towering screen presence. She is a natural to the core and she effortlessly gets into the skin of her of each character she portrays. She sure can match international standards and at 40+ she is the perfect age. For Hollywood heroines life begins at forty. My only regret is that she made so many wrong choices of movies and the script let so many of her movies down.
