Why the Ranji Trophy Final between Karnataka & Mumbai being played at Mysore (Neutral Venue) ?

There is no such rules to have a neutral venues (though suggested but opposed by its own members & players)
On the other hand for any class-I matches they were suggested to have a neutral umpires particularly the Intl matches

Mysore is part and parcel of karnataka sir, so it is not bing held at a neutral venue, but in karnataka
