Hi! To knock of the weight at home you need to get a treadmill or stationary cycle & use it for 45 minutes 4-5 days a week, moving at a brisk, non stop pace. If you are fine with moving outside your home you can go for a brisk walk outside.
Do some resistance training exercises thrice a week at home. Please get a certified trainer to guide you or refer to a proper website/book & follow instructions exactly.
Cut down fattening foods. Eat 5-6 small meals in the day & have a light dinner 3 hrs before bedtime.

Bikram Yoga
Bikram hatha yoga is the kind of yoga that most athletes and celebrities prefer as it helps to lose weight by burning lots of calories if you do the exercises at least ten times a month, on a regular basis. Bikram yoga weight loss occurs as this type of yoga is a mix of calmer yoga exercises with a complete cardiovascular, aerobic and fat-burning workout.

It might take you a while to get into the speed with which these exercises are performed as Bikram yoga does not leave much time for relaxing during its exercises. But then again, raising the heartbeat and burning fat for at least twenty minutes is absolutely necessary to lose weight quicker.

Bikram yoga will make you look and feel better and as you are losing weight this type of yoga will also help lower your stress levels. While training the body you are also training the mind with this type of exercise as Bikram yoga helps to build self control, patience and concentration.

Hi! Pinky. First and the most important thing is do not worry and get unneccessary tensions. That is not going to help you in anyways. Second the world will look to you the same way you look to yourself, If you are finding yourself not appealing than believe me you will not be appealing to others also.
Now for you weight loss regime. Since 23 yrs you have been living a lifestyle for which you have a gained a weight of 57 kg.
Do not try to lose weight immediately.
Do not try extreme phyical fitness progerammes which you are not going to continue for many years.
Do not try to lose weight temporarily. Try for permanenet solution.
Do not go for high cost regimes as you might not afford always and you might get depended on it.

My suggestion would be write down your lifestyles. And change somethings that will be forever rather than temporarily. Make your mind prepared for regular light diets instead of crash weight loss diet regime. You are just 23 yrs you have enought time to make ...more
