Once non-brahmin Krishna, the Gitacharya was a Jagat-Guru. Now, only Brahmin folks can become Acharyas and Jagatgurus irrespective of their involvement in immoral activities. You can be a womanizer or even a murderer, it is enough if you are a Brahmin and you can hold the title Jagat-guru. :(
