He is one of the greatest devotee of Lord Ayyappa.
He sings around 2,000 songs about Ayyappa in different languages.
in 2006, he sings a film which belong to Lord Ayyappa. He sings 16 songs in one day at AVM Studio.
ie 4 songs in 4 language.

His Harivarasanam is considered as original version of its and plays in Sabarimala temple at night.
We believe as Lord Ayyappa sleeps by listning Harivarasanam by his voice.

Yesudas is great but he is simple.......
