Nothing be said here with so little information you have given. His age, general health, any other ailment like blood pressure, diabetes etc, so many things are there which should be taken into consideration. But normally it is said, tensions, brooding, inactiveness, should be avoided and food intake should be according to what the doctors have prescribed. In fact the best thing would be to stick to what the doctors say.
