U should've stayed & handled things accordingly. However, as it was your decision to resign... it is obvious the firm wouldn't have liked it. So it is better to look for another job but, plz do not resign from the current one unless u r 100% sure. The rest is upto u entirely. . !

Remember, "One in hand is better than two in the bush." After leaving one job, one has to thoroughly think before joining the second place to ensure that it is better than the first place and the conditions there are friendly and one shade better than the earlier one. Best of luck if you happen to get a call from the earlier (Maruti) place.

As i answered to your previous question, go and meet the old boss. mr surinder gambhir is a very nice human being and he will definitely help you. but it depends on how you explain why you left, without back biting against any one

Koi bhi, Kabhi bhi internal politics ke karan naukri nahin chodta, ya chodna chaiye. Any how, if you have resigned from your previous job, you shud not ask them for a come back. That way they will dictate their terms, and you won't get same salary as well as status. But if they ask you to join without your asking, it really makes a difference.

Even if you are allowed to join your previous company once again, please be prepared that they might offer you a lower salary and also your position & respect will be lesser than what it used to be earlier.

You were a fool to quit the job, You should have talked to yor boss about the real problems. You have done something very irresponsible, and now if I were your boss, I would have never entertained your plea to come back.
