Provide Best possible services with in their Limitations .After all they are the persons who deal with the Customers directly .Have no hard feelings for these people .

Worst thing , its like they just know 20-30 % about the product , if you ask something else , they will say they are connecting us to the chief customer executive

Horrible experience....i meet with some problem regarding my recharge plan so i call to the specific dept. yeh.. the problem get sort out but after 10 min get a phone calls from a unknown number n that calling process continues for so many days. finally i decided not to call at any customer care department.
